Our Assignment
Tell the Nations’ assignment is to invade occupy and transform realms of influence (geographical and/or areas of influence) for the kingdom of God. It is fuelled with the passion to “change the expression” of Jesus Christ.
Although invade, occupy and transform can be defined separately, a holistic approach is vital. It will be an ongoing process. Invade, occupy, transform cannot be seen as three separate actions, but an ongoing process with a defined outcome- to changing the expression of Jesus Christ and establish kingdom lifestyle.
Invade– Evangelism, Kingdom demonstrations, Outreach
Occupy– Church planting, Training hubs, Charity work
Transform– Establish kingdom government and discipleship
As an apostolic ministry we are called to break new ground, ignite revival fires, train the saints, develop kingdom leaders, help churches in need, plant new ones and constantly finding new ways to do it, while honouring the pattern set in the New Testament, we are called to bring reformation to the Church. Yes, we are called to change the expression of Jesus Christ.
Invade is the action to enter a territory to bring it under dominion of the kingdom of God.
Invasion is militant by nature, BUT our warfare is not against flesh and blood. The aim to invade is to save people from the powers of darkness and see them transferred from the domain of darkness to the kingdom of Jesus Christ. Jesus invaded by preaching, teaching healing and doing good to all.
Occupy is to reside in, or hold possession of the territory invaded for the kingdom of God.
After invasion, proper systems (churches/training centres/etc.) and structure (human resource/leaders/members/volunteers) need to be put in place for actual transformation to be possible.
Transform is the process to completely change the appearance or character of the territory gained for the kingdom of God until it resembles heaven.
Transformation happens when kingdom culture is established and taken to all spheres of life. Transformation is about nations, as well as discipling individuals.
Stop for the one
Being a Christian is more than just an instantaneous conversion – it is a daily process whereby you grow to be more and more like Christ.
God cannot give us a happiness and peace apart from Himself, because it is not there. There is no such thing.
